As for getting it out, use an 11/32 drill bit. Get a cheap bit, break it off at a 30degree angle so the leading edge will catch first in reverse, then back it out.

I was going to try an easy out.
If it completely tears it out, then just drill it out completely.

Got it out pretty easily actually. Now to pull the intake, again, replace a couple vac lines, and replace the water pump crossover
