As for getting it out, use an 11/32 drill bit. Get a cheap bit, break it off at a 30degree angle so the leading edge will catch first in reverse, then back it out.

If it completely tears it out, then just drill it out completely.

Not to sound like a smart @$$ but you sure do break a lot of parts when you work on it!
