4v's run rich in general. He's probably using the F150 PCM with Navi injectors(24lbs). So it would be over fueling.

Yup. Also that's what the mechanic was telling me. He said after it was warmed up it would take a while to start again after being turned off.

He's gonna take a look at it today and then I'll see what he thinks I should do first, either take it to the exhaust shop or tow it to the tuner. Tuner is about 30 min away and exhaust is about 20. I feel like the exhaust should be done first but it'll be a challenge getting it down there. I'll keep you guys updated.

Exhuast first. Then tuner. One you need a bigger fuel pump.

Truck is still in the shop, they only work on it on saturdays so it gives me time to come up with the cash for it. (living expenses down here suck!) The only parts I still need are all of the timing parts, where do you guys recommend getting them? Trying to shy away from the stealership.

This is what I found. If you have Amazon Prime they offer part insurance.

Yeah man,me too. Some **** happened awhile back and now I'm falsely being sued for $3500 so if I los that it'll be pushed back AGAIN. Its bs people can file lawsuits with no evidence,no cause and no reason to even make me a suspect.
