Not saying that's exactly what needs to be done... But it's what i always do!
That's an important one. I've seen what happens when you don't and if the expansion tank cap can't do it on it's own. You'll blow a hose off usually. Actually I seen that up close with an old inline 6 lol.

Gonna have to get a picture of the lower radiator hose contraption I got from rock auto. it caused my first leak because I couldn't figure it out. I'll post pics later today.

Forgot to get an oil filter so I'll have to run and get one before I head back to the house.

Yea, there's a few tubes down there lol.

Strange, my fuel pump took a dump yesterday, but it runs normally when keyed on, just won't supply any pressure to the rail. Pulled one side of the filter off, keyed the pump and it pumps thru the filter, perhaps a little slow. Anyway, I connected a tube to the filter and blocked it with my finger, then keyed on. It pumped for a few seconds, fuel ran past the filter about a foot and a half, then ran right back into the tank lol.

Must of ruptured that little internal hose I expect. I didn't hear any bubbles tho ? Oh well, guess she wants a few more shillings to keep her goin.

Keep us posted FX!

Was getting really frustrated with the manifolds yesterday. I bought all their 30mm bolts for the drivers side so I tried using 25mm bolts al for passenger side and they were a lot harder to get started in the threads. Went back and picked up some 30mm bolts to finish up today and everything went a lot smoother. Have to head to work so I'll be back at it tomorrow.

Have to reconnect the y pipe, add oil, and connect the battery. I'll have a friend coming over to take a video of it.

Stay tuned!!

Wow, nice big manifold bolts that are easy to get to. Don't have that luxury with LT's. I have a feeling if I touch mine again I'll be time serting them lol.

What size (thick) is the thread 10mm ? Did you oversize them ? You have to be careful with the factory set. If you don't blow the chamber thread holes out in the heads or run a chaser, they can strip way too easy IMO.

I like what you did there...heavy duty! Did you torque them from the center out ?
