Not based off what carcrazygts2 said, if you can get it done for about the same price as he can then that would be less since you already have the factory PI heads

He paid $1000 for port work and valve springs,there's more to heads than that lol. All I have are the heads,cams and lash adjusters

Actually paid $600 for port work and the 3 angle high flow valve job. The Ferrea Stainless intake valves and Ferrea sdium filled exhaust valves, SHM custom PAC springs, retainers, locks, cleaning, and final assemebly was $400. Lash adjusters were also replaced. They heads came to me ready to put on. So if you think about it its really a not that bad. I take a seasoned head over a new head anyday of the week.

I emailed them this morning to get a quote on new heads and mentioned that I had a pair already,I'll let you guys know what they say.

If I wanted to replace my 200000+ mile 4.6 with a supercharged lightning motor is there a certain year I should be looking for? Any advice would be a big help thank u

You may have to dig into your trans too. The 4.6 trans wont like the sc 5.4 for very long.

Tranny controller will be here Tuesday. Has the option for push button shift as well. Def help towing and dyno runs.
