You would need a torque converter for a 5.4 powered truck with a 4r70.

the torque convertor is a bigger issue than the trans. The ratio on the 4.6 and 5.4 conveter are different and even on a built trans if it had the 4.6 convertor powered by a SC 5.4 it would go quick
