Just torque should be fine but a little lost loc-tite never hurt anyone.

I've been locktite happy ever since I didn't use it on the caliper bolts at one time.... Thanks man!

Yeh i made that mistake too. The top bolt backed out completely and locked my wheel up. I'm lucky it didn't break anything.

I wasn't that unlucky, the bottom fell out of mine. When I finally turned the radio down I heard a clunk when I hit the brakes. Luckily I had the 16" wheels on then so it couldn't flop around too much.

Wheel hub and bearing. And a camber kit to keep your front camber set properly after adjustment. Without the camber kit the tightness of the bolts is the only thing that holds it in place, so if you hit a bump hard enough it will be thrown off.

Same thing happened to me a few months back lol scratched the **** out of my wheel tho.
