How would one go about beefing up the front end for a plow?

Did you just flush it with water to hopefully get out all the metal shavings.

I want a plow. I have several buddies that have contracts to pick up overload work from other snow removal services. Only plow four or five times a year but make a quick $1000

Ahh okay. I don't remember, but is there a write up somewhere for the break upgrades? Which rotors to get (year, etc), which calipers have metal Pistons, good pad choices, etc.

If not it'd definitely be useful to have around.

There is a thread. Although I don't remember the name. Use your search window. I'm sure you will find it.

I took it off the truck and tapped it man. Washed it out with some water and cleaned it up with some degreaser.

sorry I don't know what I was thinking.
I was recalling the threads I'd read where people had tapped the crossover on NA setups and not the housing cap. Definitely something I'd like to do in the free time. And I already have that size tap

N/A housing is the exact same, so all the stuff just bolts up. I went with a 195 degree thermostat so we will see it works. The thermostat opens up at exactly 195 via the X4, I just need to calibrate my efan controller to turn on and off accordingly

Problem is, if you dont get an OEM t-stat the the O-ring has to go on the outside of the housing. In that case don't cheap out, get felpro O ring or OEM T-stat

I had a 180 tstat in and it took 30 min for it to get to 200 degree's without fans on.
