This engine removal was such a PITA. I hate FWD cars. It was impossible to separate the trans from the engine.

You got it without removing the hood? LOL. Usually, you just drop it out the bottom and lift the car off of it.

Do have a question for ya. What did you do for the iat2? Delete the iat & plug the hole? What about the plug and harness?

lol nope, just replacing the stock engine with another used one. 4BT camry could be cool, but don't have the time or money.

Ya it was a tight fit, had to disconnect the hood struts for another 2 inches of clearance and that did the trick. Cant exactly just drop the subframe in my driveway tho lol.

This isn't engines or building so it doesn't actually belong here but if I move my trans cooler to the hole in my valence will it help lower my trans temp until I can get a sd cooler or figure out whats actually causing it

More air is always good but at the risk of getting a rock put through it..

Moving it will not be as easy as you think. The metal part of the lines doesn't give very easy and you may damage them trying to move them. You really need to purchase the SD cooler and you could also get an electric cooling fan to mount to it. I'm looking at an SD cooler on partsgeek.com for $48. Very reasonable price for increased cooling capacity.

I was thinking if I moved it id cut the rubber line and add more in but if it's only that much new I might have to check it out

My truck should be tall enough to minimize that risk I would think but I could put a screen or something in front of it to help reduce the risk
