I wouldn't recommend plugging the hole. What most conversion guys do (including myself) is move the ambient / intake air sensor "IAT1"into the "IAT2" location. IT has to be extended but it should literally plug right in after you extend the wire. Make sure to tell your tuner you did that too.

The IAT2 sensor is lightning unique, although its under 13$ from ford if i remember right.

I would think that would be fine since like you said your truck is already lifted. Have to figure a way to pull it tight and keep it from coming loose in the wind. If it were me id try to mount it on the inside of the bumper.

Ok so my grandparents have this ez go golf cart, and my cousin (who is 17 and thinks he can wok on engines) got a hold of it to "fix" it. Well he ended up putting 6 courts of oil in when it old calls for 3 and accidentally put about 2 cups of diesel fuel in. This was last summer so since then I have rebuilt the carb, changed the oil, and put fresh gas in, but it's still smoking really really bad. When it does run it over heats, and you have to choke it bad. I'm going back up to my grandparents later this week and I'm probably gonna pull the engine and see what's up with it. But what do you guys think the issue could be? I bought new spark plugs, some gasket paper, and some RVT sealant, but I'm afraid the rings are shot.

Btw it's a ez txt with a 4 stroke 2 cylinder robin's engine

Ya it might be a little tricky mounting it I think that might pull apart pretty easy but I'll look underneath and see what I can do if it's too complicated or I have to buy a bunch of stuff I might as well just do the sd cooler since its not that much
