Okay, so as of now, the projectors are in. I had some spare parts that I couldn't find a spot for? I doubt they were for my particular application, more of a universal kit. I used the H13 adapters, tested everything, aimed as much as I could and have resealed the lenses. Now I'm letting them dry. I used Black Silicon for the initial reseal, 2 straps to hold them together overnight (really works well) and clamps. I went around it again with clear silicon just touching up suspect spots just to be sure they are water tight. The bulb DID NOT want to go in once the bulb holder/3 screws were back in though? It just hit the screws and wouldn't fit so I had to loosen the screws, put the bulb in and try to tighten them a little (not fun). But, I will post pix once they are back in.

hey mSall, you should have ordered another h13 harness and ran it off the side you didnt use for your heads. of course your fogs would be on with your headlights all the time, but it would make it simpler to have dual high beams. just a thought, once i get the insurance money from a guy hitting me, im going to fix the bumper myself and use part of the money to do a retrofit using the mini h1s

The harness that came with the MiniH1 for the fogs actually has a really easy method to tap into the existing high beam wires. Wiring for quad bixenon will be very simple.

its even easier to do the bambi mod and just jump out the relay in the passanger kick panel.

his fogs have a high beam function so he's looking to make them operate like headlights, not just stay on with high beams..

Okay, the instal is done. I didn't take pix along the way (sorry for that) but I had my fiance rushing me the whole time. So, it is done, it's a PITA, and the result is AWESOME. I can't believe that I thought HID's in the stockers was ever a good idea after seeing this at night.

On another note... I have a set of housings (harley replica - ebay) that I would like to get rid of. I will do the same mod and add the projector, bulbs etc... Ready to PNP if anyone is interested in buying them? I like doing this sort of thing, so I would be glad to help anyone who doesn't want to do it themselves.

Great! When you get a chance one of these nights, post some output pics so people can see exactly the performance you speak of. It takes a little more effort then swapping bulbs, but the final result is completely worth it and puts silly PnP HIDs to shame.
