You will need the H13 harness from TRS if you want high beam (trust me you want it, its awesome).

I am pretty sure my kit came with that. I got the H13 H/L kit, and it has a VERY similar plug that operates the hi/lo function already. I would assume it's the same plug. Even though the DDM kit uses that plug to magnetically pull the bulb back into the "high beam" position, I think it will work the same way with the projectors - just a different function.

Very well. And if its not exactly the same, you could probably just cut and solder/heatshrink the wires together and it would work.

Well... My kit from TRS will be here sometime this morning and I will be on my way... If anyone would like to give me some pointers on how to remove my lenses with a heat gun I would GREATLY appreciate it... I could go the oven route... But I don't want to heat up the whole housing if I can avoid it.

thats the easy part...there are plenty of writeups on here on how to do it..with the heat gun go around the seal followed with a flat head to slowly pry apart the headlight...i have questions on how it attaches to the headlight/aiming it once inside

See post #3 here for aiming guidance:

PM me if you need further instruction.

I'm doing my fog retro today/tomorrow as I have time. Popped open the housings yesterday using the oven method. 6 minutes at 240 degree was all they needed.

Where do you run the HiLo wire? I cant find anywhere it would work.... The original hole is too small with the adapter plate in there.

Drill a small hole in the reflector under the projector solenoid, run it through there. Then drill another small hole in the back of the big black part of the housing that holds the reflector. Run the wires through that hole too and then seal that 2nd hole will RVT or epoxy, some sort of sealant so water/moisture cant get in.

? I didn't want to drill a damn hole... It took me 2 1/2 hours to get the lens off of ONE HL... So I am WAY behind.

LOL no worries. The first one will take a while but once you get the hang of it, it goes quicker. hang in there, the results are totally worth the effort.

If you dont want to drill a hole, the just widen the bulb hole a tad bit (create a tiny space where the wires can fit under the threaded portion of the projector). Make sense?

Progress on the fogs is going slow too, unlike the headlights these are not simply bolt-in. Lots of cutting required but progress is being made. Hopefully done by tomorrow or monday.
