If guns kill people then: Pencils mispell words, cars make people drive drunk, and spoons make Rosie O'Donnell fat ***.

Well shooting someone is illegal... Killing someone is Murder... then.. what other points are there for carrying a gun around with you? It doesn't add up... Going to the shooting range, sure thats fine. But it doesn't explain why someone needs a holster to carry it on daily errands.

But by all means Dern, if it makes you feel more confident everyday. Automatic Confidence in a holster I suppose

^makes a good point, I think it's more for protection tho, I keep a knife in my truck just in case I ever get in a sticky sit. if I cud carry a gun in my truck would I? Maybe, on me at all times, probably not. But remember, things are way different from the norm where you live where someone else lives. Where it's leagal, everyone does it, and who are you to question that? Where I live, only gangsters do ha, so its not normal. Not you call to judge other people man, he's not ur neighbor so what do you care. To each his own bro!

It is illegal to shoot someone, but if someone is shooting at me first, guess what, Im shooting back. I carry mine in my truck, just in case I would ever need it. I don't ever want to have to take someone's life, but I will be damn sure to shoot if they are shooting at me. If you don't want a gun, then that is your personal right, but don't come on here to bash us people that have our personal rights too and want to carry one.

Who gives a carp about what other countries think of America, you mean those countries that we send aid to on a regular basis that no other country can come close too???

The 2nd statement just goes to show the ignorance that you have in regards to this country...

and yes you did mean to bash, nobody was saying carp about Canada, Brian Boytano or hockey...

This is all in context of the situation... If you are protecting yourself or your family then it is called self defense... This is the same ***-hat attitude that people have about having a fair fight... If I have to get into a fight, I am going to look for every advantage that I can get, if someone is acting in a threatening manner that is potentially deadly, then they will die first... Criminals will always have weapons, them not knowing which civilian is armed MAY make them think twice about committing a criminal act.

Here's out BMW Z3 down in St. Pete's. I don't know if you'd really call it a "sports car". I like to think of it as an " Old Person's Beach Cruiser "

Id sooner buy a nice road truck and a Quad or dirt bike for off-roading.

It's a shame to say but I don't say I'm far off from actual numbers that 95% of Raptors purchased will only ever see off-roading 1-5 times. The rest of there time they have them " just cause I look cool "

Not to damper your thread :P

I'm 24 years old. I'm not a kid, I have a year left on my Bach. arts degree in Civil Engineering. I'm hardly a child.

I dont drive his car. Read the quote again, perhaps you'll get it next time around

So essentially to feel safe where some of you live, I have to carry a gun? Whats the difference in living there and in Iraq then? Just the oil I guess..

Basically John Doe's carrying a gun incase Bob Johnson wants to shoot his family? Wouldn't that just be a viscious circle then? So if Bob Johnson says enough with the gun and gets rid of it, will John Doe ditch his as well?
