It's very hard to estimate cost, but I'm glad this harness exists now on Alibaba. It's significantly better than what I paid. Here's a 40 minute video I posted explaining the entire process from start to finish. If you end up installing Sync 3, I have this detailed post explaining how to add Sync Connect to any Sync 3 enabled Ford.

Hey guys,
Some how i screw something up. The clock on my sync3 screen doesnt keep time. Anyone know what bit i might need to look into? I had just added HD radio to sync3 and this happened?

Texas Fording, I need a PM on the particulars on converting from Sync 2 to Sync 3. I bought a 2015 Lariat with Nav last week. I would like to swap that out here soon.
