Unless you plan on lifting the rear (because I only have about a half inch of rake now, I definitely think the shocks lifted me more than 1.75", could be because I'm 2wd with the 2.7l) the 1.75 is the way to go for almost dead nuts level.
I'm not doing anything in the back, my truck seems to sit way high in the back as is- I've parked next to other '15-17 4WD F150's and mine looked like it was an inch or two higher at the rear of the bed.

I'm very new to this whole "leveling kit" thing. In fact, I came from the world of modding '03 Cobras, and quite frankly, have never modified a truck beyond a few simple FORScan mods on my '18 F150. Having said that, I'd prefer to lower the rear than raise the front because I don't want to buy new wheels to fill up the wheel wells.

Truck is a 4WD, 3.5L EB, Screw with 20" PVD wheels. What's the best way to level it? I thought I read something about just removing the blocks from the rear. Would that do it? If so, where are they? Sorry for the newb questions.

Just a simple question. Wondering if anyone knows or has replaced a BFG KO2- LT275/70r18 tire into the spare tire location which currently fits the OEM spare size - Michelin 275/65r18? So a 33.2" tire vs a 32.0" tire. Looks to be real close, but before I go to the trouble of pulling one of my tires off to see thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance.

I think I recall seeing people fit 315/70R17s in the spare location (with maybe a little big of work). I would be very confident a 33” would fit without issues but can’t confirm.
