Picked up my new truck yesterday. Ordered it on July 17th, 2018 arrived to dealer Sept 21st. Sadly traded in my 2014 Ruby Red F-150...................but I'm happy again.

Provides rack of 1" (Ground to front fender flare 40 3/16" and rear 41 3/16").Tire upgrade with BFG A/T KO2 LT275/70r18 (33.2")
Never paid much attention to this color but I have to say.....I like it a lot!!
Yes, there is a 1" block set on the OEM block. That is the BDS Suspension system.
Here is their write-up. I have included a picture of the added 1" rear block assembly on my truck.
2.5" Leveling Kit: If you're looking for that extra boost to fit larger tires and eliminate the factory nose low rake of your F150 than the BDS 2.5" leveling kit is just the ticket. The kit integrates a new top mounted strut spacer in combination with a pre-load spacer to raise the front end while improving the handling and stability. This 2-piece strut spacer system is designed to allow the suspension to fully cycle through wheel travel without maxing out the upper ball joints as is the case with taller 1-piece strut spacer leveling kits on the market.
Yes, the BDS Suspension Levelling Kit includes the optional 1" rear block to be installed over the OEM block.
An optional 1" rear block kit and rear shocks are also available, this kit allows for up to 35" tires to be installed.
I'm planning on changing my Bilstein 5100s from 1.75 to 2.1 and throwing on some larger tries. Also thinking changing the a rear block for a slightly larger one. I was curious to those with this or a similar set up. Would new upper control arms be a good idea or is still keeping stock suspension fine? I'd like to change out any possible parts that would help reduce wear before it happens.

At 2.1 your control arms will be fine. If its something you have your mind made up on, then go for it. But remember you'll need to maintain/grease some of the control arms out there on a fairly regular basis (compared to stock).

Dumb question. What maintenance should one do. Haven't looked lately but thought grease fittings we're almost non existing

The DJM lowering control arms that I put on my Dads 2013 had zerk fittings on both pivot points and the ball joint.
So I basically added 6 zerk fittings to the front of the truck that require the occasional pump of grease from the grease gun.
Anybody with leveling struts or coilovers have a problem with the upper control arm topping out (as the wheel travels down) & banging against the spring?
What does adding a Leveling kit due to the warranty?
Thinking of the Rancho quick lift.
Thanks
I would speak to your Dealer and ask this question. It seems some don't care and ignore the fact (these tend to be the ones who sell lifted trucks), then others will blame everything on the level and not warranty a lot to do with front suspension/driveline.
