Bilsteins 2.1in setting (top notch). Truck rides great with the Bilsteins, way better than stock. Gained around 2 inches from the level it varies depending on the ground level. But clears 305/55r20 on 20x9 0mm. Rubbed slightly on the crash bars only in reverse. Had to slightly push the front crash bars forward with a few smacks of the sledge hammer, doesn't rub now.

Before:
Front: 37"
Rear 39.75"

After Bilsteins @ 2.1in (top-notch):
Front: 39"

Rear: 39.75"

New Wheels and Tires:
XD828 0mm offset
305/55r20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers
Front: 39.75"
Rear: 40.5"

That is the best look that I've seen. Close to Stock but better. Still a little rake but not too much.

I did bilsteins in rear and eibach in the front. Rides fine. A little stiffer than stock but I figured as much with the 10 ply tires. After all, I didn't buy a raptor. Went with 295/60/20 (33.9x11.8) with a zero offset on rims. Zero rub at full lock full flex, kept my crash bars

What made you decide to go with this tire size?

I've been looking at a lot of (did I say a lot?!) of leveled trucks with bigger tires lately, and seems like the 305/55/20 was the way to go. Doesn't seem to change the odometer speed and mph that much, plus looks super sharp. And this is the size rousch uses so they must have picked that size for a reason.

But lately I've been seeing 295/60/20 and they look good too!

Because I wanted practicality over looks. I dont want my tires sticking out or interfering with ANY function my truck was intended to do. These stick out MAYBE a half and inch, good stance, and the 60 series sidewall gives me ground clearance and curb clearance. I have full articulation on all 4 wheels with no rub or anything. 305/55 is 33.2 x 12. Lose an inch of ground clearance and gain .2 width and possibly rub

I've been considering this tire size as well. You are the first person to say that they don't rub at all with a zero offset. Others claim they still have rubbing at full lock. I've only seen it done with +10 or higher on a 20x9. Obviously by the pics, you have put it to the test lol.

How much did you see a drop in gas mileage with this set up and the level vs the stock height and 275/65/18 wheels and tires. I'd imagine the 2" jump in tire size could take its toll. My Previous Ecoboost only had the 3.15 gears in the rear and it was greatly affected by my level and larger tires. That's why I went with the 3.55 in my new 2018.

Did you do any recalibrating of the speedometer?

What gearing do you have?

That's why I got these tires. I truck my truck lol. Hunting fishing wheeling all kids of stuff. Didn't want to compromise performance.

Gas mileage with wheels only. Same. Throw on some 10 ply 34" tires and hold on to your nipples lol. Mind you, I drive like I stole the truck with 2 bodies and the bed and a pound of columbian bam bam under the seat. Its WOT or brakes. I went from 17 to 14. If I cruise at 60 I still get about 17. Most of my travels is 80mph where this 5.0 drinks gas like cold beer.
