I think he might have been asking about a front differential drop kit/spacers so he could go a 4" or 6" lift...
And, your shock question? "Just what I needed to know!" LOL. Just like Bilsteins, they're gonna look like a 50-year-old galvanized SHACK pretty soon, EH.

Hee!
Hey Chris! Ya, I'm thinking that too, I want to help him out, but really not sure what he's asking. It's gonna take more parts than that to do a lift. He may want to do a gaggle for lift kits, and/or levels.
10/4 on that shock question I had. Down where you are, and others, the Bilsteins are great, they definitely do what they're advertised for. Up here, not so good if you care about appearances. It's too bad Bilstein doesn't give a better finish on the shocks.
LOL, cool photo!
Eibach Pro Lift adjustable struts and Eibach Coil Springs set at 2.7", rear Eibach shocks, 17x9 Black Rhino Chase wheels in Brushed Gun Metal with Falken WildPeak ATW3 285/70/17
Did your front shocks come with the spanner to adjust them? My E86-35-035-01-20 kit arrived today- no spanner. Eibach info says it comes with a "height adjustment tool", presumably a spanner.
I had originally went with the Eibach 2.0s even though they wasn't designed for the 3.0 Power Stroke I only gained 1" of lift after about month and half they settled and I lost lift. I didn't get a spanner wrench either they said they was redesigning it and it would not be available till mid to late December so I got ahold of Stage 3 and they don't me they would refund me the coilovers even though they had been installed since it was such a headache. I went with the adjustable struts (E60-35-037-06-10) set at the lowest setting paired with their coil spring (E30-35-035-07-20)that gets 2.7" of lift completely changed the look. I'd honestly return those coilovers and get the struts and springs.
The top picture of this collage was the day I had the 2.0 coilovers installed.

Alright guys let me know what you think talked to my local 4wd store about a level the closest one to me is in Reading or Western NJ. I ended up crossing the river into NJ for the following quote. OK4wd is the shop.
Bilstein 6112 & 5160 with labor and alignment for just shy of $1,900.
Method 701 17x8.5 wheels and Toyo AT3 35x11.5R17 tires with new lug nuts and tpms sensors.
Package total $4,700.
*Unfortunately this stores policy is they will not install supplied products but they will price match* Stage 3 Motorsports who has this package listed at $900.
My goal is I’m looking to have the truck leveled for better off road handling on my way to the hunt stand. Windy / mountain Back roads, dirt roads, then simply trail through the woods on hunt club land. I’m not sure the 5100s will handle that.
The shop steered me into this package, I let them know I don’t want a puck spacer and he said they often recommend bilstein for those customers. They also sell icon, readylift, and BDS. BDS and Readylift have puck spacer levels and the Icons are just out of budget and seems like overkill for my application

Feedback welcome
I think the Bilsteins would work for you, I know puck spacers catch a lot of heat but that is the best option to save money. I had them on my 2012 for 100k miles and didnt have any issues with them. I just put 2" ones on my 2015 and am happy with the end product. My trucks also have more miles off road than a lot of the trucks have actual miles...haha, I live on a ranch and use it to hunt also. If I had the extra money I would have went the coilover option from Fox.
I am a Bilstein guy. They're the best mass-produced damper in the world. Too, their pricepoints are scaled to my budget.
Would I use Icon stuff? Sure. Perhaps one day I may. Meanwhile, there's a local independent off road parts purveyor that's been in business for over 35 years. I used to buy my Hella H4 headlight conversions from him back in the day. He's grown, since, and in spite of the massive offroad retail chains like 4WheelParts' success.
Point being is the owner of this small business thinks the 6112/5160 a fantastic, highly-capable product that fits the needs of the vast majority of "hard core" off road enthusiasts. I'll take that to mean nearly every weekend recreational guy/gal, but not pro racers per se.
I ran the 5100 on all four corners of my Coyote-engined Super Crew and a 1" reverse-level on all terrain tires for mostly pavement transportation for three years. LOVED them. Absolutely! a superior daily-driving setup for the sporting driver. I am spending more time off highway these days than I used to and "graduated" to the Bilstein 6112/5160 with the fronts set to 1.5". I keep some gear in the bed 24/7, so I did not want the rear lower than the front...
The 6112 and it's bespoke 500 in/lb spring took some getting used to, but after driving on it both pavement and then off road where I've driven before (for comparison's sake) I AM A BELIEVER. It's a whole different ballgame, now, and yet I like it on the street as well.
Just can't go wrong with any Bilstein on your F150.
