If you buy the BDS leveling kit from the BDS site you can upgrade the kit to include rear fox shocks. BDS might also be able to recommend a front fox shock - you can upgrade to them on their 4" lift kits as well where the front coilover is re-used. Likely the same shock could be used for both the 2 1/2" level application or the 4" lift.

Hell, even these tires at 34.8" on the stock wheels have less clearance to the crash bar than my 315/70/17s on raptor wheels, and the raptor wheels are wider with 10mm less offset.
are you certain the raptor wheels are wider? looks like they are both 8.5 to me...

I finally got it done! It’s amazing. Bilstein 5100’s all around with Eibach coil overs. Bilstein set at factory with Eibach doing level. Raptor takeoffs 315/70/17. No rubbing at all. It’s perfect. Now all I’m waiting on are my headlights which should be installed this weekend, if UPS gets the crap together!

I've been trying to read through the 5 years of posts in this thread, but it's slow going. After doing some off-roading (fire roads) in the truck this summer, I've decided it's finally time to upgrade the suspension and wheels. I've got a '17 SCREW 2.7EB and I'm looking at doing the Bilstein 6112's up front and 5160's out back. I want to run the '17-'18 Raptor wheels. I've been looking at take off's for sale, and was wondering if I could fit the 315/70/17's up front with that lift and no spacer.

Edit, D'oh, just saw the post above this. Still curious if I need a spacer.

You're right, Sometimes I forget to clarify that because I am also on the "Show me your Leveled trucks with OEM rims!" thread
I appreciate you pointing this out.

You don’t need a spacer. I didn’t. No rub at all. Go for it!

Josh, your truck looks great. Glad this lift went well for you. Who did the alignment? I see you may be in California...

Thanks! I love how it looks. Really can’t wait for the headlights (Morimoto xB Gen 2). And yup, I live in San Jose but I’m from LA.

Some of these "levels" look a lot more like a full 4 or 6 inch lift. Good looking trucks though...
