I'm taking back what I said about a 2" level. Did you measure from the center of the hub to the fender lip? I see you've got an FX4 too, so that 22.5" measurement should be accurate for a stock level. Unless it's the angle of the photo, or you have the rear lifted too, that isn't looking like a 2" level. Photo I added is stock 2020 strut.
I just measured and got 23.375

Just for everyone's information. You shouldn't tighten your control arms until the vehicle is on the ground., It puts stress on the bushings. They stay wound up instead of in a neutral position.
I have a rear block question. I have a 2019 SuperCrew FX4 with the 2.7 EB and I am thinking of doing the Billstein 5100's at 2" on the front. If the fronts ends up higher what size blocks would I need for the rear? Does it have any block now as stock. I am thinking I would still want a slight maybe 3/4 rake to it so I would need 2" blocks for the rear?

I also have a 2019 super crew FX4 and I mounted the Bilstein 5100's front and rear. I put the fronts at the highest setting and I have a solid 3/4" rake that looks great.
But I want a lil' rake! so I'm gonna twist on the RAS a bit. I have some preload, but minimal. I'm running less preload than what's in the instructions. So, Monday or Tues when it clouds over during the morning and stays a bit cooler, I'll put the rear in the air and add preload to the 1mm setting. If the back doesn't come up as high as I want (looking for 1/2" rake), then I can preload to the 2mm setting.
Roadmaster Active Suspension users/owners will know what I mean. Anyhoo... here's my truck with my Bilstein 6112 assembled to the 1.5" height setting. I yanked the MaxTrac 1" lowering shackles and put the OEM in there for a 1" lift in the back...
