I used a floorjack to see what my truck would look like with either a 1.5'" or 2.0". I wanted a slight rake as I pull a boat sometimes, and didn't want the rear to sag lower than the front. I chose the MotoFab 2" front leveling kit, and had the toe adjusted afterwards. In the latter photos, the new tires are 275/60R20 Pro Comp Sport ATs, and the wheels are Fuel Rebel 20" with +1 offset.
The rear is approximately 1/2" higher than the front with the 2" level installed. The new tires are about 1" taller than stock. No rubbing. No modifications required.
The block would be easier, but that 3" in the front, from what I know, is too much, 2.5 would bring the angles closer to OEM. I've heard of that 3" spacer, yours is the first I've seen it on. Myself, I'd certainly lower that front.

Swapping rear blocks would be easy and worth it, assuming it isn't really a 3" front spacer.
Thanks for the quick responses, I’ll check the true spacer depth. I hadn’t heard of a 3” spacer either and think it’s too much. I have some tools and parts in the bed, maybe 400lbs. This picture is with it empty but dont have measurements when it’s empty. Tomorrow I am going to empty the bed and take a new measurement. My co-worker thinks I may need rear helper springs, little too much flex back there when you jump on the bumper. Previous owner didn’t tow anything and there was a bed rug as a liner so I am not sure how much action the truck received from the previous owner or why they would be worn out.
Something to keep in mind with these 150's, it doesn't much to make them drag their tails. Ya, check out exactly what you have, and we could give you more help.
Need help with tire size being different front and back.
I'm getting a lot of DTC's etc, ABS, BCM etc. When ever I put on my MT's for drag night. Also getting error with my new setup! 24's in front and 17's back, but a lot more tire in rear. MT E Street, for drag night. This time front is 2" lower than rear.
Those who drag how the heck do you keep the DTC's off? I do ForScan and Tomhawk Whipple to reset rear tire size. Is there a way to input front and rear tire size? Really fustrationing when this goes down at the track. So I have to stay in manual mode. Aghhhhh! All I know is tires are everything at the drags. Please pm me or give some suggestions for those of us who run offsetting tire sizes as daily driver and at track.Thx, Peter
So I changed to new rims and tires. Rear are 31" High, fronts 28 1/2" high. New wheel and tires, daily driver. New Rims Set up with 24" rims in front and drags in back. Getting rid of 24" rims I want more rubber.

Reason: ?
Update: I emptied the bed of the truck and the truck sits level. Its a 2.5" spacer in the front of the truck. I will be looking into a meatier leaf spring set up to help with the day to day load up on this beast. I never had an issue with my 2004 XLT Super Cab or 2015 Lariat Super Cab. Let me know if you guys have any better options to keep the back of the truck a little more upright.
Thanks

What do you tow? How much tongue weight? And what percent of the time?
I would still consider a rear block. You could install the block and get some rake and still maintain your ride quality. If you tow heavy, and frequently, THEN I'd consider an add a leaf.
