You should be able to try on tires like you try on shoes at the Walmart.

I was very nervous about rubbing too. Did not want to trim or modify crash bars. Found some guys on here that assured me no rubbing... I went with it and am very happy I did.
Do you have any pictures of the setup?

Default Ford Performance Level

Hey everyone—new guy here. I wanted to take a moment to post the results of the new Fox/Ford leveling kit. I installed it this weekend along with Nitto Terra Grapplers- 305/55 r20’s on the stock wheels. I’m running a ‘17 Lariat fx4.
1st thing to note is the ride. It is a HUGE improvement over stock. Rigid when you expect it but just as plush, if not more, than stock. I’m really digging the ride quality.
2nd thing to note is that I have all the clearance I will ever need with the tires. I went off reading through ruts and washboards and didn’t rub. I had a few full compression hits and no rub.
the suspension is worth every penny and there are no rubbing issues with the described setup. I just wanted to share this since I had read so many articles and posts that left me wondering if I would rub or not.

cheers!

Excellent feedback, thanks. I've got the same suspension and tires on order, just with aftermarket wheels too. So much conversation here about rubbing or not rubbing issues, I got tired of it all and found a local shop that I'm going to trust until they prove me otherwise. They told me it would be impossible for it to rub with factory wheels and may experience minor rubbing with aftermarket (20x9 0 offset) while reversing full lock. I'm going to have them trim if necessary but they think there is only a 50% chance of ANY clearance issues.

Glad to hear the positive feedback on Fox coilovers. I almost went with Bilsteins. Should have everything installed by the end of this week.

Stock wheels and tires.

Rear tire
I bought this truck from the Ford dealer and it already had a lift. They tell me it’s a leveling kit but, my coworkers are telling me it looks like at least a 2.5” leveling kit. Unfortunately, no one can tell me for sure. I’m still running the stock size tires and wheels, 20x8.5. I’m planning on keeping my wheels and buying larger tires. Question is.... how do I know how much lift I have so I can determine what size tires to run? I want to run the 305/55/R20 with my stock wheels. I don’t want to have to do a bunch of trimming. Can anyone help me figure this out?
Thanks

A closeup of the bottom and top of the front strut would be helpful. Also, how tall is your rear block? Stock is 1.25". A full side view would help too.

I have a 2019 F-150 with a 5.0L engine and Boss Plow frame. The plow could use some extra clearance I started with 2" lowering shackles on the rear to reduce the rake. See Pictures:
This did not correct the rake so I plan on going ahead and installing the 2" front spacers from Supreme suspensions. The spacers are actually only 1 1/2" thick. I'm hoping for a level truck when all done. Any opinions?
Also I was wondering if this will warrant an alignment.

Before and without lowering shackles

With 2" lowering shackles

Yes you will need an alignment after the spacer install.

Are you plowing commercially, Or just for personal use ?

I had an 8' steel boss super duty blade on my F-250 and it was tough on the truck, made me wish I had bought the F-350 instead !
