I bought a 2019 F150 XLT 4 door 5.5 ft bed 2wd
The dealer added some stuff, they leveled it, added running boards, leather seats, etc.
It's a work truck. I started loading the bed with my stuff and now the truck sits with a negative rake.
I don't like this look and I want to lift the rear by about one inch.
All of the kits I see on Ebay say that their block will replace the factory block. The factory block is supposed to be 1" so if I order a 1" lift kit, the block will actually be 2" because it will replace the factory block. I don't have a factory block. My leafs are right on the axle. Is this right? Did my dealer just remove the factory block to "level" my ride? Is there supposed to be a factory block in a 2019 F150? I guess I should head back to the dealer but I wanted to ask here first.
Thanks in advance.

a couple things.

-2WD does not come with blocks from the factory.
-Factory blocks on 4x4's are 1.25", also from what I've read, could be wrong, the front struts are 1" taller on the 4x4 compared to the RWD. So you can't assume that what works for 4x4 will work for 2wd. But I don't know 100% if thats true, its just what I read here.
-if you want 1" lift in the back then add 1" blocks and new u-bolts. Keep in mind that raising the back will affect the front. It will likely drop the front 1/4-1/2" do to changing the geometry of the entire suspension after adding the blocks.

You need to be clear about what was installed, from the sounds of it the "dealership did a level kit". What does that mean, what did they install? Did you measure the front/rear after leveling to see what the actual rake is? Was it full of gas when you measured?
Lots of variables going on. If they did anything over 1" level up front then ya you need rear blocks if you plan to use the bed. I did 2" spacer up front and 2" blocks in the rear, left me with similar to factory rake, but tall enough to get a better looking stance and fit bigger wheels.

2wd F150s don't come with rear blocks. I believe F150s with 4wd come with a 1.25" block installed from the factory.

Dirt farmer- I'm thinking of leveling my 2wd xlt sport. It has the stock 20" sport wheels. Do you have any before/after measurements of your height since doing the level? I'm going for the same look as user BoozeDaily on here. I'd like to minimize my 2.5" rake. Here is his leveled 2wd with 2.5" spacers and 2.25 blocks on a 2wd.

I don't have the measurements but I know its close to +1" of rake now, varies depending on gas weight (full 1" / empty 1.25"). I can measure tonight and get back to you. Mine looks similar to the one you posted. If I was to do it again I would go 2" up front and 1.5" in the rear. I like the more leveled look but am OK with rake too. I do plan on towing and using the bed so the rake will be nice when loaded.

Here is a shot with empty gas and a lite piece of furniture in the back.

Thanks! Did you happen to get a red or blue motofab spacer kit, or the black? If rwd/blue can you see the color at all once it's installed?

Black

You can see it if you look, but its not noticeable to the eye if you don't go looking for it.

Fox 2.0 factory settings. oem Special Edition wheels and tires. 39.5" from ground to top of front fender. 40.0" to top of rear fender. So 1/2" rake with a 2" level sounds right.

PERFECT! Going for a 1/2" rake myself, so sounds like I won't have to touch the coilovers. Thanks for the measurements.
