Do you still have the connectors that are attached to your old column shifter? The ones that were cut from your dash harness that are still attached to the shifter in this photo? I am looking at having a plug and play harness made and think those 2 connectors would do it.
Yep, That would be all that's needed, except for the floor shift connector (obviously). If you are installing console on a truck that has a jump seat you will also need power for the console light and the rear power port.

Over the past year & 1/2 I have decimated my original main harness for other mods or I would've given you the connectors from it.
No truck came with console and I already sourced the light connector for the gear select illumination. I have the 10 wire connector that plugs in the shifter. All I actually need is the smaller 4 wire connector that was cut from your dash so I can source the correct connector for the harness I'm making. I sourced the 5 wire connector already (the one that is part of column shift assembly) that would plug into my dash harness. The smaller connector that controls the shift lock that is mounted on the shifter is not usable once it removed. So if I had your 4 wire connector that you cut from your dash, I could find a 4 pin connecter to finish my harness. I found a custom shop here in OKC that can make it for me based on diagrams from ford but they need the current dash harness connectors as donors and obviously I still need to drive my truck until all parts are ready for the swap.

Its a long shot, check this Motorcraft pigtail catalog if you haven't already.
I found a company that makes a pigtail connector that should plug into the wire harness in place of the the solenoid switch attached to the column shifter. PM if you would be interested in selling me the smaller connector that controls the shift lock solenoid that is mounted on the shifter that was cut from your dash harness.
I gave up on this project and traded truck for 2019 Ruby Red XLT FX4 with Sport appearance package that comes with the console shift. I still have a package bundle with all the parts to do this conversion. I have the shifter, the boot, trim bezel PRNDM (10 speed configuration) shift linkage cable, steering column shroud and the connectors to make a plug and play harness so that cutting, splicing or replacing harnesses would not be required. this was for a 10 speed swap but was told it will work for the 6 speed. You just wouldn't be able to select the L2 or L1. PM me if anyone is interested.
