I gave up on this project and traded truck for 2019 Ruby Red XLT FX4 with Sport appearance package that comes with the console shift. I still have a package bundle with all the parts to do this conversion. I have the shifter, the boot, trim bezel PRNDM (10 speed configuration) shift linkage cable, steering column shroud and the connectors to make a plug and play harness so that cutting, splicing or replacing harnesses would not be required. this was for a 10 speed swap but was told it will work for the 6 speed. You just wouldn't be able to select the L2 or L1. PM me if anyone is interested.
Was wondering if someone could pm a parts list for the console shift conversion. I have a 2019 Stx 10spd with the center console already.

For a 10 speed 2018 I used these parts.
JL3Z-1504567-FA Lower panel.. Its the cup holders & the panel that says PRNDM. This is the lighted version, at least when I bought it was. I've heard on newer trucks its not lit.
JL3Z-7210-BB Shift Lever. This one has the boot with gray stitching shift ****.
JL3Z-7E395-C 10 speed shift cable.
There are 4 bolts and speed nuts you also need that holds the shifter in place to the console.
The wiring is going to be the hardest part if you don't change the main harness. I used a salvage harness console harness created the section that runs from the column shift to the floor shift.

Thanks for the reply Mike i was already thinking of going to a salvage yard to see if i could locate a console harness so i can section off like you said. Does that lower panel that you used have PRNDM12 or just PRNDM and what size bolts and speed nuts did you end up using? You can PM me if you dont mind.

The part number is for PRNDM lower panel. I think Firerunner might have the bolt part number and its posted somewhere in this thread. I'm not sure anyone ever got the correct part number for the speed nut clip thingies. I got mine from a salvage console.
My truck is a 2015 xlt
the truth is that I need help with two or three things. I installed the power running boards and they work but the function does not appear in the gauge. try forscan and it doesn't show up. I installed the console with the floor shift and everything works fine but I wanted to know if I could activate the rear seat heaters. and the last thing I want to try to install the memory seat

The function for the PRBs will not show on the cluster UNLESS you have a 8" from a Lariat or above since it was never a feature offered in the XLT. Not trying to ask the obvious, but do you have rear heated seats? If you have replaced the seats with heated ones, then you will still need to change the cabin harness or add new wires in the proper locations of your original harness to get then working because, again, that was never designed to go in a XLT.
