Here's my two cents on this topic. The following diagram was used to do the column to floor shifter conversion on a 2017 XL 6 Speed. Do your homework, get your truck diagram and understand how every electrical circuit works, and as stated in the original post: "We are NOT responsible for any damages caused to your vehicle by following these guides".
I am gathering the parts to complete a center console install, and I am trying to decide if I want to switch up to the console shifter or not. The place I am getting the console from wants an extra $75 for the shifter and is making me buy the whole dash instead of just the 3 trim pieces to connect the console to the dash. But the kicker is that they are telling me they are not allowed to sell me the wire harness and that they are required to cut them so they can not be sold, sounds kinda weird to me. Although the whole dash is $275 so that seems not so bad, even though it is from an XLT and not an upgrade in anyway for me other than the trim pcs I need.
I have been trying to find the filler piece for the shifter and I must be looking at something wrong as it shows $275 which seems insane for a filler piece, anyone know if this is the correct part to fill the void from the shifter if I decide to leave me shifter on the column.
