What's the backup slot?

 

On page 76 in the Owners, Manual is a picture, I don't know how to display here...It's basically a little compartment in the back end of the lower console.

 

Ok curiosity got the best of me so I downloaded a 2017 F150 Owners Manual, @Husker you must be talking about "Type Two" in this picture....

@Tom HAYDEN, for a 2017 the keyless fob will go in one of these locations

I just used the windows snipping tool to copy off of the PDF & posted it as a picture

Anybody know if the blind spot warning has an audible alarm activate when you turn on turn signal and another vehicle is next to you. All I get is the visual warning light flashing on the side mirror.

 

No, it doesn't. It would be a nice feature to have, and apparently a lot of other manufacturers do this, but Ford didn't.

 

Thanks. Yeah the wife drives a Genisis and it makes all kinds of noise if you turn on signal and there is a vehicle in beside you. Cmon Ford.....
