Spray in Bed Liner - I had drop in on my 2017 and my 2012 was naked. I wish I had not waited so long to do a spray in, it's the best and I wish Ford would just make it standard.....
.... I also enabled Secure Park, which I really like. I don't leave my truck just running often, but sometimes I run into a store real quick and my wife and kids are in the truck. We live in a safe area, but never can be too careful. At least with me taking the key nobody can just drive away with my family. Unlikely as it is, it's just a great option. I also added the heated steering wheel to the Sync 3 home screen. Why they couldn't find a spot for a physical button like every other Ford I don't know.
Other thoughts:
Above are mods I would absolutely do to any F-150, things I would like to have though if I didn't already have them:
360 Camera - I survived just fine with my XLT and not having these, but there were a few times in tight parking garages that these would have made me feel better about things
LED Headlights - Not just replacing the bulbs and keep halogen housings, I think that is terrible and looks terrible from the outside. I can see these guys coming from a mile away and to me the trucks just look like every early 2000s high school kid that threw cheap HID bulbs in their Honda Civic. True full replacement headlights. Biggest issue is the cost, doing it right isn't cheap but I think if you drive a lot at night it's worth it.
Tailgate damper - Never added this to my XLT and don't consider it make or break, but it has been nice with the Lariat, especially with the added weight of the tailgate step. Not hard to lower it without it, but if it happens to slip and come down uncontrolled, it's nasty.

How does that secure park work? 10 seconds of googling I didn't find anything relevant.
Forscan tops the list for me, as well as the charge cord relocation. Keeps the cable from getting pinched & use it everyday.
Tonneau cover is an obvious choice as well as cargo management systems to keep items from sliding around the box.

The bed divider one is another must have that I need to figure out. The OEM one is insanely expensive, and I really don't like the look of a piece of wood just slapped back there. Need something DIY but something still that looks like. One thing I didn't see in the DIY page is finding out a way to make a bed divider that could also mount to the boxlink cleats when not in use (need to do some measuring to see if space even permits).

Ditto my rear light bar reverse lights.
Ditto my LED headlights/fog lights.
As a matter of fact, literally everything I have done was to improve usefulness. Not a single one enhances the vehicle's performance or appearance.

2018 XLT FX4
I LOVE my gauge cluster swap from Livnitup! My favorite feature is the GPS directions right in front of me on that HUGE 8" screen! I use it all the time!

Useful mods. My addition of the drive mode memory module is hidden in the steering column, so it is not an appearance mod. It, itself, does not affect performance. All it does is allow me to get the normal truck's performance that I want without it disabling itself with every restart, so it is not a performance mod. However, it is a very USEFUL mod.

Ditto on the mirrors, upgrading the audio in the truck.

I don't have any current pictures. I will take some this weekend. Here are links to where I bought them.

this looks pretty cool. Do you have any pictures?
I got a quote for $530CAD for the line-x spray in bedliner, but I found out later they offer a standard and a "premium" finish. What did you go with?

That charge cord relocation is awesome! this is the kind of stuff I'm talking about when it comes to functional mods. Thanks for including the link!

What brand of LED bulbs did you buy and how long have you had them?

Secure Park is only for Push Button Start vehicles. It doesn't allow the vehicle to be shifted out of park even if running without the FOB being present in the vehicle. So you are driving, stop at a store, but it's 105 out or whatever and you are just running in. You can leave the truck running and in park and go in, and even if someone just jumps in they can't shift it out of Park until you return and get in with the FOB.

Not sure if it's what you mean by Boxlink cleats, but you can get these:
Or any E-Track Bracket which will click right into the Boxlink receivers in the bed. You can then build out your own divider. I saw people paint them and add nicer materials and that, only limit is your imagination.
