I went through a similar process for my 2015 Lariat 502A. I had the dealer check to see if my truck had the module for the front camera and if I installed a stock front camera could they activate the module. The answer was yes to both questions. SO I bought the equipment and installed every thing, but the wiring harness I bought only brought the camera wiring to the top of the grill. I assumed the truck main wiring harness would be the same as a truck with a stock front camera. I WAS MISTAKEN. Sadly my quest has ended there. I have the camera and new grill installed but no way to get the signal to the needed module.

Here is the info I found during my search if it helps anybody along.
The module labeled 19H405 is what I confirmed controls the front camera and is present in my truck. I also purchased and installed all the camera related components in the following pic.

I also bought the small wiring harness labeled 14A411A in the following pic assuming I would have an unused connector in my factory wiring harness at the top of my grill. I should have know since I always tell my kids what happens when you ***-U-ME, because I don't have that connector!!!

If anyone has any advice besides buying and installing a new main harness I would love to here it. I am afraid wiring is not my expertise but I am a quick learner.

Previously I had installed the LockPick but the video quality was terrible and it had odd effects on the factory system. When I mentioned that to the LockPick tech support they told me that they do not support my 2015. They even gave me a full refund after about 4 months of using it. So I will not try to go down that road again but I would love to not give up.

I have recently started using ForScan (found on this forum) to change some module functions, perhaps that and the combination of some wiring we could make this work.

This is very similar to what I'm looking/trying to do. In my case its a 2016. But nobody at Ford is getting back to me.

I've look in the front on the truck behind the grill and I cant seem to locate an available connector either...

By the way, where did you get those schematic ?

Ok. On my side of the frontier;

Its just that the schematics are not as much colored.

But do you have the pinout of the camera connector ? Could you "make" yourself the missing cable to bring it to the control module ?

Can you post a picture of the camera itself and its connector/wiring ?

I can take a picture of the small wiring harness and its connectors when i get home from work tonight, but I can't take a picture of the back of the camera unless I take apart the grill again.

Did you use the OEM camera and harness with the lockpick? I was thinking of going that route as well. It makes me wonder why many camera outfits sell the lockpick as compatible with 2015s, but they themselves told you its not.

No, you do not use the OEM camera with LockPick.

So were the issues then with lockpick or the camera? Or both?

I want to install one on mine, so I'll appreciate it if I can pick your brain.

The issues were with lockPick. I tried two different cameras to see if I could improve the image quality. The video would scroll sometimes (even on the oem rear camera). I had the LockPick Air which mirrors your phone screen on the head unit so I am not sure if that made a difference, but the scrolling would happen while viewing hard line cameras. And like I said, the resolution was terrible.

The company that sold it to me was very surprised to hear from the tech that LockPick doesn't support 2015. But I do have to give camera-source.com credit, they gave me a full refund after I used the product for many months.
