Ok... I'm waiting for a link for your equipment... (And hopefully some videos that show the detail of how it works and the installation procedure)

What I have: F150 / 2016 / Lariat / Sync3 8" / Backup camera
What I want: + Front camera (OEM Style)(I already have the proper grill)
What I would like: +Front camera + Side camera

When do you think you'll have your web site up and running ?

UPDATE:

Seeing as how its impossible to retrofit the OE system (well not impossible, but I'm not yanking the entire dash to replace the harness) and very expensive, I decided to order camera-source's system. I'll document every single step and post it for you to evaluate (I'll post links to videos once those are up and edited). Here's the link for the side cameras they use:

https://camera-source.com/automotive...amera-kit.html

The front OE-style that he posted earlier in the thread has the same hi-res (600 lines) as the fronts, so picture quality should be better than OE.

Another plus to this system over the lockpick one is that their new interface also works with 2016's (and I would assume 2017s) with Sync 3. The biggest plus is that it is considerably much more accessible in comparison to the other options posted in this thread.

I'll post updates as they become available in this thread. Stay tuned!

Awesome - can't wait to her how you make out!

Did you order the sides too or just the front camera?

You have a 16' XLT 302a right?

I've been considering that system also. What is their price on that?

The front camera is 200 per their post earlier in the thread. The side cameras 200 per their link on my previous thread, and the module is 325. I got free shipping so I am not sure if he just does free shipping or it was a deal I got.

From what he told me, the only difference is that this system does not get the bird-eye view and the OE 360 button like you do with the brandmotion package and that is perfectly fine with me. I dont feel like paying an extra 600 just to get birds-eye view (brandmotion's package, 1300 or so, also linked somewhere else in this thread).

Here's the brandmotion just in case

http://www.brandmotion.com/360-visio...avms-3618.html

Also, camera-source's kit reuses the rearview camera. With the brandmotion, you have to replace it. Dont like to do unnecessary work if I dont have to.

EDIT: keep in mind that I am getting the OE-style camera for 200. If you dont have the grill with the hole, you would have to spring for the emblem-mounted, which is 260 per his post.

^^Thanks for the info TF. That price is a little lower than I expected. I agree, I'm not interested in the birds-eye view either. I already have factory rear camera, just wanting to add the front, and I'm digging the side cams as well if they work with the signal indicators as mentioned for an additional $200. This seems to be the best option I have come across as well for what I want to add.

Looking forward to your review on the installation.

I agree, biggest bang for the buck. I think the most complicated thing will be to drill the mirror housings and run the wires thru the door. I hate taking off the door panels, but fortunately you can just leave it partially hanging from the looks of it.

I'll keep y'all posted.
