BINGO! That's the one!

Thanks Firerunner, that was the correct setting for my truck.

I installed the Whipple about the same time as the auto climate bezel I got from BGG, at the same time my ability to turn off Auto Start/Stop quit working in normal mode (It's always off in Sport and Trailer). All the time I was thinking it was an issue with the Whipple tune. Then I was going over Livinitup's Forscan spreadsheet and noticed a setting on the FCIM that disables the button. Set it to the correct value as shown below and now the disable button works fine. So if anyone is doing this mod and uses a FCIM (Bezel) from a truck without Auto Start/Stop you want to make sure you set this value or else your button to disable will stop working.

I also set in Forscan the value to enable the temperature set point on the home screen. Thank you Firerunner! worked like a champ!

So I'm confused now. Do the heated seats work after this mod?

That seems to depend on who you ask, I couldn't get them to work with my Lariat bezel

Same problem here. I have 2 different Lariat bezels - the Sony version and the regular version, and neither one allow my heated seats to work. everything else (except dual climate) works.

I would kill to get them working. right now I swap back to my XLT bezel in winter for my heated seats...but I hate losing the auto-temp.

Your FCIM came out of a Platinum, correct? I wonder if that has something to do with it. From what I found all the part numbers are the same, but I wonder if the firmware is different in the Platinum? Maybe something having to do with the heated rear seats? The pin on the FCIM is populated for the XLT seats, I've already checked that.

Can you confirm this? Some have said the seat heat lights show on the screen but the seats do not heat.

Heated seats not working is the only reason i havent done this yet. I wonder if you swap in the lariat heated cooled seats DSM which apears to have the blower attached if the heated seats would work along with cooled seats? anyone with a bezel want to be the test subject?

Edit:

Damn looks like this isnt the only module under there. UGH.

Is there a way to get full climate screen on 18XLT 302A? I dont think I want to do bezel swap, mostly because of the cost but also because I don't want to have unused buttons (dual zone, ac seats)
Really liking CF shift ****, could you share what is it and where you got it?

Thank you

I understand the system isn't dual zone, but the auto temp works perfect. Prior to the mod I was constantly fiddling with the HVAC controls. A nice side effect is if you use a 502a bezel you get these cool knurled *****. At some point I might see about making the heated/cooled seats work.

I totally understand not wanting to lose heated seats if you have them.

The part number for the Raptor CF shift **** is HL3Z-7213-HB.
