Your part list is pretty close. You only need 1 seat module and you need lariat seat foam because they have air channels built in to blow the warm/cooled air through the seat. You could use katskinz or oem leather as well it just has to be perforated
Or Lariat seats I suppose... hmm.. I feel like you are helping me spend my money.

lariat seats assemblies would also work hopefully giving you all the parts needed minus the wiring.

Roughly $1800 and that was with getting the backrest blowers at a ridiculously low price, katskinz for the whole truck, and does not include anything with harnesses or seat modules.

Yeah, it seems to keep adding up once you get into it. I had a design I wanted to verify so it seemed to keep adding up little bits at a time.

I did OEM new take-off black lariat seat covers for $350, dual heated cooled seat kit for $400. In between option.

Nice! That works too. What kit did you go with? Are they controlled with a button on the side of the seat? Do you know how the cooling is accomplished? Sorry for all the questions this stuff really interests me.
