So how / where / what do we unplug? What if it's not the cameras and something else is wrong? Loose wires, screen malfunctioning, cold solder joints, wrong software code...

 

I just happened to notice that my front camera started working today. We'll see how long it last. But its still going to the dealer for replacement.

 

If I tap on mine when it acts up, it goes back to normal. I think that proves it is the camera itself that is a problem.

My rear camera goes black, or is very dark intermittently, occasionally the front camera is very dark, but much less often. 2020 Lariat with 360 cams

 

Does anyone know how to remove a camera out of a 2018 Platinum? I've taken the panel off the tailgate but can't tell if it is just secured by clips or are there additional bolts to remove. I get an intermittent blue screen on the camera and instead of waiting on the dealer I wanted to see if I could change it myself and send the bill to my warranty company.

 

I visited the dealer this morning. They're ordering me new cameras but said they're backordered with no ETA.
