So its seems like there are more an more people experiencing camera issues on there 2020 trucks. For some its the front and some its the rear camera. Seems like the issues are all similar, they work sometimes and either flicker, go old school video game crazy, or just a black screen.
From what I have been told by my dealer this is an issue that is happening with the explorers as well only there cameras are on indefinite back order.
Had my truck for 2 weeks and it was an issue right from the start. Took it in on 6-30 to have it looked at and they ordered a new camera that will be in 7-20.
Maybe we can have one thread with the following information for everyone to track the status of the repairs?
Mine is a XLT 302A build date 2-20 and the rear camera is hit or miss if it will work or have a black screen.

I have a 20 XLT w/302A package, purchased four weeks ago and the rear camera from day one works intermittently. Have not taken to the dealer yet, waiting for first oil change.
Add me to the list. 2020 Lariat 501A. Rear camera screwed up on the test drive. Dealership has replacement on order, no ETA.
Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it's a scrambled blackish picture, sometimes blue screen. In all cases, if I go out and smack it, it starts working.

Did u paint your radio bezel and eliminate your console chrome trim?

Yes it's been painted, the chrome trim is out, I'm not eliminating it, while I wait to find a paint color that best matches the powdercoat I'm having done on my lift.
Took delivery on 6/20 of my 11/19 build 2020 Platinum. Front camera is intermittent and tapping the camera can make it clear up. Other times, it may be black, jittery, artifacts, etc. It can work fine for 1-2 days then suddenly not work. Have not taken it to the dealer yet due to them being way too backed up on appointments.
