My rear camera was blue when I forgot to plug my tailgate harness back in after removing the tailgate to install the damper.
For no picture or blue try checking the harness for corrosion, dirt, damage, or backed off pins.
For artifacting I would guess a faulty camera.

So just an update, the 7/20 date for replacement came and went and the new date for the cameras to arrive is mid August. I received 3 calls from my dealership as follow ups and they are at the mercy of the supplier to get the replacement cameras in.
My understanding is they are having issues on the F-150's explorers and escapes. I was also advised that cameras in certain Nissan's manufactured by the same company that makes the Ford cameras are having the same issues.
From what they are seeing so far most (not all) of the issues are vehicles manufactured in late 2019 and early 2020 model years.

My front camera has be going black then to green lines then back to normal off and one for a month now.. Funny thing is at always starts working again when im going to take it to the dealer for them to look at it.... 2020 f150 Lariat
