Finally pulled the trigger today.

2016 Lariat SCrew 4x4 3.5EB 3.55 e-locker long bed, 502A, moonroof, Stinger Missile Defense System, power floorboards, max trailer, PW4080 auxiliary jet engine, big tank, Bulletproof tires, and panty humidifier.

No VIN or anything...just barely got my checkbook back in my pocket.

 

Love it!!! Lemme know how those bulletproof tires roll!!!

 

Long time viewer, first time poster. After years of dreaming, finally ordered a 16 King Ranch on Thursday. How long does it usually take to receive a VIN?

 

Just ordered a 2016 today!! Magnetic XLT Screw 5.5bed with sport package,FX4 302A. Cant wait!!!

 

So I called to get an update on my order today and the sales rep said that the order was submitted but is scheduled for late availability. I live in Hawaii but will be moving sometime between July and September of 2016, what kind of time frame would late availability be? Don't exactly want to be 3000 miles away from where my truck is delivered.

 

Ordered my 2016 yesterday. Ruby Red Lariat SuperCab 2.7 3.55 502A FX4 Sport. The sport appearance package was marked "late availability". I am as anxious as everyone else, just hope I can get it by March!

 

Can I ask why you guys are ordering 16s? Are the 15s done? As far as I knew the 15s were heavily discounted last time I was at the dealer and ordered mine.

 

Sync 3 is enough of an improvement to go for the 16s. Also they should've weeded out most of the build quality issues with the 15s.

 

I couldn't find a lariat with and without the options I desired. Is end up paying the same or more for the truck due to the options I didn't want. I'd rather get sync 3 if I'm spending the money.

 

Sync 3... Period. There is a '15 sitting on the lot that is optioned almost exactly how I am going to order (only wheels and running boards are different, along with motor but I'd be ok with it). But when driving it both me and my wife noticed the lag with MFT and it would drive me nuts. People can say what they want but for me, Sync 3 is gonna be worth the wait.
