Finally pulled the trigger after much research, much of which was on this site.
Ordered: 10/8/15
Received VIN: Not yet, only been a few hours

Things: Platinum Supercrew, 3.5L EB, 5.5', Magnetic, 701a, 3.55, Roof, Big Tank, Auto Pilot
I did what many other did - highlight the price list and send out to multiple dealers. Since the build & price is up on fords site this week, I sent that along too, for a visual of what I wanted. Two days of emails and one dealer visit later, order in!

I don't have any late availability items according to a document posted in the "2016 Order Guide" thread.
No ETA yet, and does not appear on COTUS, but it does appear on ETIS (No Build Date yet).
Production for 2016 F150s is scheduled to begin on 10/12/16 at Dearborn.

From what I know. If you also have your dealers code / number. You can enter the info in to Fords COTUS website, but might not show up yet on there. Another option is to contact one of the Ford Reps on this forum. They seem to be quite active and quick to assist members.
