I got my VIN today, and it shows the default build date in etis! Nothing in cotus at all.

Ordered 10/8
VIN received. 10/22
Build date. Not soon enough!

I wouldn't sweat that too much Jeff.

For ETIS, until your truck is built you'll just have that default date in there. Once it is built a real date will show.

As for COTUS, my truck was built yesterday and to date I still am unable to pull it up through COTUS. As others have said, it can be fairly hit and miss.

Ordered: 10/06
VIN Received: 10/19
No build date yet.

Sadly, according to ETIS my truck will be built in Kansas City so I'll probably be waiting a good while since production doesn't even start until 11/9. Nothing in COTUS.

At least mine is scheduled for Dearborn plant, and I am close enough should only take 1 or 2 days to ship. How do they determine which plant it's built at?

I've always wondered that too! I live 10 minutes north of the KC plant so I really hope when I order mine it's build there rather than Dearborn... Time will tell!

For those of you that can't find your vehicle in cotus... Make sure you are using www.cotusb.ford.com or www.cotus.ford.com.

Do not use wwwqa.cotusb.ford.com. Or wwwqa.cotus.ford.com

They didn't give me anything as far as dates go. They just said they were going to put the order in same day (yesterday) and it should start processing today.. All I have is an order code and dealer code off the invoice sheet they gave me. Nothing showing up on the COTUS website. I would at least like to see something saying order received but I guess it's still too early for that

I have tried both cotus sites and tried several times on each one, and nothing. I am happy to just have a VIN at this point.

It is still awaiting shipment, no ETA yet. Was hoping to have late next week, but that's not looking good
