Very strange and there must be something they all have in common that's holding them up. My platinum Screw was built the 10th, shipped the 12th and was in Nebraska today. Dealer said I may have it by Monday 23rd with any luck.

As far as I know, yes. Pm'd Ford service for another update tonight, so will update tomorrow.

 

Anyone have a 2016 built at Kansas City yet? If so, could you list the details(order date, options, etc)

I'm disappointed that my estimated build date from the dealer is 12/23 when I ordered 10/06 with no late availability options.

 

Shawn may I ask which fogs you bought and where? I have been on the fence on buying a set but don't want the old school yellow. I have been reading about some affecting the front camera causing flickering with the LEDs as well.

Side note. Is it possible th delays are for the ecoboost 3.5L engine or related? Many of the delayed trucks all seem to have this motor. Just a thought.

I noticed the Donlen site has added a bunch of delays for the F150 since I last looked a week ago. This might explain our truck's delays.

It explains that Lariat Sports are delayed till January.
And the four corner strobe lighting system delays a truck till February. I'm not sure I recall this option, will have to check later.

I ordered my Lariat three weeks ago and will be stopping by my dealer later today to see if I can get my VIN and the build date.

Only good thing about all these delays is that we'll have more $$$ in the old bank account to pay for the truck when it arrives...

 

I would think those Donlen delays would put off your build date till then, right?
They don't just build most of the truck and then store it on the back lot waiting for the four-corner strobe lights to come in. Or do they?

We need to find a SPY to infiltrate Dearborn Truck Plant and find out the reason trucks have been built but not shipped...

 

Not sure what she got but I just happen to be researching this on here and found a lot of guys went with the Morimoto XB. It's a whole housing assembly with LED 5000K bulb included for $200 with free shipping. Getting great reviews.
