its so odd.... I have requested EVERY model (taurus, flex, mustang.......) and NONE have arrived. Its like they are ignoring my 500,000 requests!! I just want a coupon!!!

Yes they were going to send another brochure but could not guarantee there would be a coupon. It was a woman who was very nice and helpful but I do not recall her name, sorry.

Yeah, Same thing for me. Mine expired in August. Ford Marketing sent my wife a brochure in August and we didn't request it. That one expired in September. I've also requested every vehicle and received nothing. I've been delaying ordering hoping to get a coupon.

Well I agree with you completely so here is a new one. On my window sticker it says "convoy" for shipping. Well guess what it did in New Boston, MI. It hopped a train. So the curveballs could still continue even since you said you weren't that far from the factory.

I asked my dealer this morning for an update and he gave me the target dates of the 18th-24th. Then I looked at the attachment he sent and it said
OBOB881 CSX transportation. Unless Chad can confirm that it's not I'm banking on that its jumping a train for a portion of the transit to PA.
If I find out further info I'll report back here. I have seen some forum members somehow track the rail cars before. Can you imagine having better luck with a rail car's route then Cotus? I finally deleted all links to Cotus due to nothing working within.

I created an account a couple days ago and the coupon showed instantly. I feel bad for you. It has to be geographic thing. If it makes you feel better I too feel I paid too much. I just hope they will honor the coupon if we haven't taken delivery by the expiration because of their delay...

Emailed Chad a second ago, so hopefully some good news tomorrow.

Built: 11/9 (according to ETIS), 11/2 (according to my dealer)

THANKS. It has to be. The coupon I get is the NAPO thing... which I have... so its not like its "additional". So upsetting! I am happy for those that get it... but would love to join them! LOL

Nothing was there 24 hours after registration. Without a larger pool of data it's just guessing how their system assigns Additional Offers. Registration doesn't take long... Make another 12 and wait it out.

Do you need a different email for each account or just a different user id
