Just outside Seattle. Ford has a NBA draft system for scheduling production. We have a small dealer in my town so I have to wait.
If you're buying from a larger dealer you probably won't have to wait as long. I believe normal is about 8 weeks

Here in Houston, I ordered my truck the 29th of June, and have an expected delivery of 15th of August. That includes the week that the factory was closed in July. I didnt have a VIN until late last week. That puts the whole process at about 6-7 weeks.

Same estimated delivery date as me! Except for the fact I ordered May 10...

As I've followed this thread I've noticed alot of us dealer ordered the 157". Why do the dealers not order the 157" on their own?

I'm sure it will. Had to vent but I have loved all three of my f150's. I did look at the ram and Silverado sites. I just don't like the way they look.

Patiently awaiting my new F150.

That's a really good question, it's the whole reason I ended up ordering instead of getting ne off the lot.

What the dealer told me is that the 157" WB doesnt fit in a persons garage. Which is true. I had to build an extended garage in order to fit the truck. Here seems most garages are between 20 and 21 feet, and the truck I believe is just a bit over 21 ft long.

Now being from Texas I see that the majority of the trucks here are the 145" WB, but when I was in NJ I noticed that it was pretty even the amount of trucks that were either WB. I concluded that up north you might see more long WB trucks because usually ppl up north with a truck need it as a truck, and here in the south seems that a truck is just a grocery getter.

I wish i had $50k to spend on a pavement princess pickup lol. Ive had 2 trucks with 5.5 beds and I'm over having to place stuff at a angle for it to fit. I just refuse to buy at todays rates, which arent much better than 2017 rates will be. Hoping for a big 2016 change once 2017s start hitting the lot. If not I'll spend the extra $20 a month to drive a gen 2 ecoboost with 10speed

Cotus showed it went into production yesterday and today I got the window sticker. Shows August 14 for delivery still - ordered on June 8. I was hoping to luck out and get a shorter delivery but like most things it will have to be as long as possible. I know it will be worth it though. 157" here also btw.
