Arrived at railyard 3/29 in KY (kc build)
Per cotus delivered 3/31 (now cotus will not work with my vin or order info)
Called dealer, they said they have not received truck. Called customer support and they said Jack Cooper transport picked up vehicle on 31st and delivered same day.
Called dealer back, and once again told it has not been delivered. I drove to dealership to confirm, and no sign of the truck.
Does anyone have any inside info or insight as to what could be going on? Dealer swears it wasn't sold beneath me or secretly damaged in transport.

Just switched to "Awaiting Shipment"... ETA 22 Days!!

Built Today (Saturday)... Hope that's good, they maybe got overtime?
Has to be better than being built yesterday... "April Fools Day"

Surprisingly my eta has been steadily dropping.

Ordered 3/2 order submitted same day
Received vin and eta of 4/24 from fordservice on 3/22
Built in Dearborn 3/29
3/30 eta 4/22
4/4 eta 4/13

 

Dealer texted this morning, order went from "in order processing" to "in production" status. I still can't see VIN or log into COTUSB anymore (was able to two days ago). ETIS still shows pre-production date (30.11.0002)

Fingers crossed that she's built this week

 

My dealer only get updates on Thursdays he says. It's good yours is coming earlier. My KR with 600A package ordered 3-1. Only word I have received is starting to build those combo's 2nd quarter. Nothing else.

8 days seems like forever lol.

 

The eta date in COTUS for mine was 4/21/16 -- until this morning. No date there now, although the truck was built on 4/2. Everything else is still in COTUS as it was. Rut Roh.
