Chad finally updated my delivery time to march 17th. Still no work from dealer. That is an ubsurd transit time. Build 2/2. Arrive wa state mid march. And, that's probably just to the rail yard. Not all the way to dealer, post inspection, etc. It will be well over 3 months before I have my truck. Looking for one on the lot now. May bail on my order.

I wouldn't blame you I thought my nearly a full month rail shipping and still waiting for ground transportation from 2 hours from here was bad. For what it's worth i'd decline delivery on that damaged truck. Sorry to see that. They can dealer trade you a truck just like that one perhaps.

Default Truck Damage

Good News: my truck arrived yesterday

Bad News: the passenger door somehow got chipped paint during transit AND the dealership noticed a "significant" amount of overspray between the cab and bed of the truck that the factory didn't catch before it was shipped. So now my truck is in their body shop with an expected completion time between 5-6 days.

Manager said for the inconvenience they would include LoJack for free, a year's worth of oil changes, extended warranty at cost (if I want it).

So the wait continues

Update (manager sent the following pics):

Just took delivery of my new XLT ( 4th new F Series since 1976) My 2nd one came with a damaged hood from the train ride, I refused to take delivery of the truck & made the dealer order another new one!!

My ETIS finally updated detailed information. However, it shows a Double cab 3/4 door, but what I ordered was a supercrew, window sticker also shows supercrew.

Is ETIS information more accurate? I hope they did not mess up my order!

I have read others saying the same thing. I guess its a quirk of ETIS. They say don't worry about it. Does anyone know how long after your truck is built (or supposed to be built) will ETIS show updated information? My truck had a blend date of March 3rd but ETIS still shows only the basic info.

And it still won't be completely accurate.

Ordered XLT 302A sport, on 7 January. Built 15 February. Picked it up yesterday....perfect paint and interior. When I ordered it they had a $500.00 rebate. Salesman told me I would get any other rebates added (-the $500) when I picked it up. New rebates amounted to $3750.00 plus a $500 Military rebate, total $4250. Yesterday I did the happy dance.
