Is anyone able to self-track their trucks after they get their VIN? If so please tell me how. I've written Chad and bothered my dealer plenty. I think it just got built, no way of confirming. Want to track it the rest of the way. Thanks

The Ford tracking system (ETIS/Cotus) is not functional. Send Ford Service a PM and Chad or Crystal will get you the info.
I was able to get my window sticker from research maniacs. http://researchmaniacs.com/VIN-Numbe...owSticker.html

Thank you, been there done that. My buddy tracked his Cooper on a ship across the ocean, but I can't seem to track my truck across the country.

BMW has about the best system out there for special ordering and tracking their vehicles. Ford certainly doesn't make it easy. All I have heard is that my truck is "in production". Grumble.

So far no word from Ford Customer service from a PM on this forum, although when I sent an e-mail through Ford.ca they e-mailed me back and basically said I have to be a PIA to my dealership's sales department to find out anything

They must be off today. No relpy for me either. I don't want to be a PITA to my dealer or Ford. I just wanted to self-track. Guess we aren't allowed.

I saw one person on here tracked his truck on the rail car as it progressed along its trip. I don't know how he did that. I didn't try to find out because I assumed my truck would be shipped by truck. Look back and you can view his post.

The Ford Rep who e-mailed me also stated that once the Truck I ordered gets to the border, it can not be tracked by customer access sites, only the dealer. would still love to be kept informed about a prospective VIN, then approximate build date and window sticker, you know, all the stuff to keep the excitement going after the original order
