My truck was delivered today. Unfortunately I won't be picking it up until 2/12 (its about 150 miles from where I live). Many thanks to Chad and Crystal for providing me with updates on its evolution.

Build date 1/18/2016
Delivered 2/1/2016 projected delivery was by 2/8 to Poughkeepsie, NY
Lariat Screw 4x2, 2.7L 157"wb, 500A, 3:31 elock, 36 gal tank, spray in bed liner.
I will add a BakFlip HD, Husky mats and wheel well liners and running boards (haven't made the final decision on rb yet) and probably mud flaps.
Traded a 2011 4x2 scab XLT 5.0L with 47k.

I ordered my 2016 XLT rcsb on Dec.7th, got the VIN from the salesman on Dec. 17th. I was able to print the window sticker about 10 days later. Truck came in today to the dealer. Can't wait to bring him home. I feel like a new kid coming to the family.

2-5-16 with a blend of 2747 the way it looks!
I found a similar build (compared to mine) from a sister dealership that I ordered from that had a build date 3 days prior to mine at the same (Dearborn) plant. I'm 90% sure mine will arrive soon after that one arrives. (These "sister" dealerships are 20 miles apart and under the same ownership group name). That one arrived 3 days ago..... Pretty sure mine will be here soon!
If you look at a lot of builds at local dealerships you might be able to find build/blend dates/numbers close to yours. I'm fortunate that I'm self employed and can "stalk" local dealers inventory to see what build dates and from which plant are being delivered.
Barring unforeseen roadblocks I know mine will be here very soon. With research and time you can get a good idea when your truck will be at the dealership.

I see you are from Richmond,Va. y wife and I are planning a road trip to your city at the end of April. We're nascar fans we'll be down for the race. Are there any other sites to see while we're in town?
