I ordered on12/4, build date of 1/18/2016 and was told it was in transit last the end of last week. My son told me he saw an empty car carrier leaving the dealer on Friday. He might just be teasing me though. Dealer is incompetent so no info from him yet.
I'm hoping to get it on 2/12. Dealer is about 150 miles from my home near my sons home.

Just found out today from Chad that my truck is scheduled to be built on 2/6 in the Kansas plant. Man it's hard to wait. Kudos to Chad, what a great resource! What are others experience on how long it took to get to the dealership after it was built?

Mine was built 12/9 Dearborn, Delivered to Massachusetts dealer 1/5.

I know that the Heavy Duty Payload package is late availability (1Q 2016), but has anybody heard if they have started any of these builds yet? I ordered one and I know I probably have a long wait ahead of me, but I'm hopeful that they'll actually start them in the first quarter and not June or July. 
I'm not sure how to check if any of those builds have started yet except for perusing these threads and since it's a pretty niche feature, I don't know if there are many others waiting for it and posting about it.

During the time I was making my decisions on the options with a lot of help from my friends on here, Ford took a price increase which cost me another $1K! I am still unsure on the 157" wheelbase (leaves me 6" length in the garage), the maneuverability and the overall look of the extra length.
Otherwise I'm good to go. I will keep adding info. as I receive it and asking tons of questions!!
