Platty ordered Sept. 25th (1FTFW1EG6GFA14660 Order #6506 Dlr #F72408) and dealer says build date is scheduled the week of Nov. 16th. COTUS still shows "matching vehicle could not be found." It's been a couple of weeks since Chad (FordService) last checked and I'll PM him for an update. Getting closer!

Glad to know its not just me that feels like I am constantly updating the dealer rather than the other way around!

Thanks to the very kind gentleman, Todd, filling in for Chad while he is out, I have my VIN number.... yet when I put it into COTUS, I get the following message: "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order." Anyone else get that with theirs? I really don't want to bother the Ford Service guys on here every few days to get a status update, and asking my dealer is an exercise in futility. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I ordered 9/15 and my order is in processing per Todd.... I still get the dreaded message on COTUS daily.... my VIN doesn't even show up on the window sticker lookup sites.... I don't even care... just so my truck is being built!!!

Mine doesn't show up on COTUS either but I think that is because they did it as a dealer order. I didn't have to leave a deposit or anything they just said they would order it and I could confirm when it comes in or they will just put it in inventory if I don't buy it.
It does show in ETIS but no build date yet.

Good morning all,
Just a couple of updates:
The Ford builder webpage has been slightly updated. I noticed I could now add 20" wheels to the XL sport.
Many previous indications of "delayed delivery, or J2" should now be amended. My contact in Detroit has said that a lot of systems will be updating now that the KC plant is coming online for F150.

We are in same boat. Only place I can find my VIN is Etis. Ive read that the date code above means nothing. Todd from Ford Service gave my build date of 10/26 and delivery 11/6 and I ordered same day as you. FINGERS CROSSED.
