are you sure the delay would be the same? was there a delay in sports package in 2015?
regardless I would still wait for 2017 model if there wont be any 2016 sports until next summer even if it meant waiting longer. I heard there was a 10-speed transmission option coming, or since I'd be waiting I'd take a closer look at a 2017 Raptor instead

Thanks to the very kind gentleman, Todd, filling in for Chad while he is out, I have my VIN number.... yet when I put it into COTUS, I get the following message: "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order." Anyone else get that with theirs? I really don't want to bother the Ford Service guys on here every few days to get a status update, and asking my dealer is an exercise in futility. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I just ask the nice folks on here to help once or twice a week. I have a PM in to them now as I "think" my truck might be built.

"After you have your Order# and Dealer#, you can track your order in COTUS. Sometimes it takes several days for a new order to show up. The ETA is only an estimate, read the footnote."

Same here and I ordered back on 9/15. Per Chad last week it was still in order processing and I don't want to bother them to often. Same problem with my dealer, usually it's ME providing THEM an update!
