Forget those 10 and 12K. Dude, get the 55 watt 14K for your '12 F-150. You'll be the coolest kid on the block. Bling Bling

Bah, the 30k are a brilliant pink. I think if you could black out a central circle on a fog light, the brilliant color might actually look decent.

It would render the light useless, BUT like with 10 and 12+k color its purely cosmetic. No safety or output benefits at all.

I just finished installing ddm tuning 55w h13 6000k headlights and 35w h10 6000k fog lights in my 2012 F150 FX4. My headlights work perfect hi and low beam but my drivers side fog light will cut on sometimes and sometimes it wont ive noticed if i turn the truck off and on it will cut on and run fine but sometimes it take couple times cutting truck on and off. Any suggestion on what the problem may be and how to fix it?

Ballast? Try swapping ballasts around and see if it's the ballast or bulb. Just installed y kit few weeks back. Not from ddm tho.

I agree. Its most likely the ballast. ...but you never know till you try.

...I won't bash or alienate anyone by saying this, but, THATS exactly why I will never buy cheap HID components. Troubleshooting, this that the other... F that, if its my headlights and fog lights I don't want to play the guessing game. Buy quality and there is little-to-no chance you'll have issues.
