Yeah they use h13 for hi/lo beam and h10 for fog lights

I actually solved it when i was trouble shooting what was wrong with the whole system, i switched the bulbs, so the passenger went to the driver side and driver to passenger, and they just worked when i did that, no clue as to why, but made my day

Does any one know what type hids I need for a 2012 f150 for head and fogs. The website I went to to see a chart doesn't have 2012 listed any one know ? Thanks

Dude, did you read any of this thread before posting? I'm not bashing you, but honestly.

H13 heads
(has been H13 since 2004)

9140 fogs
(same since 2007)

Best bet is a set of bi-xenon's. You get what you pay for too, cheap out and you may regret it.

Or Retro a pair of projectors. That's the "proper" and "legal" way. Either way best of luck.

Do your research FIRST.

No I didn't read any I didn't have time to but thanks and ya I've got a friends that puts em in and he knows whatever to get em for good price and I was gonna do retros but they cost so much

that's where I have ordered all my HID's for my atv truck and my fiends vehicles as well and have not had one problem in the 2yrs I've been using them
