My 500 count multi-vitamins ran out.... and I opted for the "Silver" vitamins this go around. I'll turn the big 5-Oh during this bottle. I also got some joint health stuffs... maybe it'll help? I dunno.... probably not.

I'm 57 and just started a daily multi-vitamin, and the doc put me on vitamin D.
Been a little over 2 months and it seems to be making a difference.
But the weather is getting warmer, and I am more active so I could be that too.

Went to Black Rock for a $29.99 Easter brunch today.

Ate way too much, but feel I got my $30 worth. lol

I've been taking multi-vitamins and an assortment of other vitamins/supplements for decades, and I'm sure they've helped. With the handful I take with breakfast, I'm surprised I don't rattle.

Besides, who doesn't enjoy having nearly-fluorescent pee?

I used to take a B-Complex that did that. My doctor told me just to use B12 now, so switched to the sublingual version of B12. I take magnesium, potassium, D3, B12, and a multi every day. Oh, and now the joint health stuff.

I definitely remember the fluorescent pee, lol.

EDIT: In my last physical in February, the only number out of range was my cholesterol. It wasn't high enough that my doctor wanted to make any changes in meds though.

I'm contemplating my first non-Motorola phone in decades. The Bluetooth issues on this Edge+ 5G UWB (2022) are driving me batty, and the battery life is starting to wane a bit. I'm leaning toward a Pixel 9 Pro XL, which I can get for only a couple of bucks a month added to my plan cost. (For another $3,00/month and a plan change to "Unlimited Ultimate," I can add ESPN+. Not sure I need/want that, though.....)

The other contender is an S25+, but I don't think I have any deals on that, and frankly, as a non-gamer, I don't really need the latest, fastest, hottest thing out there.

One downside is I'll miss the Moto Actions (a lot) - Especially the ones marked **
  • Pick up to silence: Lift your ringing phone to silence it and switch to vibrate. **
  • Flip for Do Not Disturb: Place your phone face down on a surface to start Do Not Disturb mode.
  • Twist for Quick Capture: Twist your wrist twice to open the camera. **
  • Swipe to shrink screen: Swipe from the center down to the bottom left or right corner to temporarily shrink the screen for one-handed use.
  • Lift to unlock: Pick up the phone to automatically unlock it.
  • Three-finger screenshot: Use three fingers to take a screenshot. **
  • Chop twice for flashlight: Make a chopping motion with your phone to turn the flashlight on or off. **

Otherwise, does anyone have an opinion of why I might not want to pull the trigger on the PIxel?

EDIT: I may have just found a reason to get ESPN+ - https://www.espn.com/espnplus/catalo...47/formula-one

Level 8, but they were discontinued a few years ago.

The gray is a perfect match to the truck's DSG paint.
